RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

MEAL CHEATER operates a “RISK-FREE” business model. 

Any purchase you make with Meal Cheater is “Risk Free” because of our 30 day purchase price return policy. If you are unsatisfied with our product in any way, return the product within 30 days and we will provide you with a full refund.

Meal Cheater Products purchased from third party partners and distributors must be returned to the vendor of purchase origin. Purchases made from third party retailers and third party online web stores are subject to the policies stated by the third party business.

SHIPPING POLICY

When you place an order online, Meal Cheater estimates shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and shipping option selected during checkout. Depending on the shipping option, shipping date estimates may vary on the shipping quotes page. Orders usually ship within 48 hours of order placement.

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The Shipping weight of each product is found on that item’s detail page. Please note that all weights are rounded up to the next full pound to reflect policies of the shipping companies we use.

Some Meal Cheater products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping offers. Normal shipping rates apply to all orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return your Meal Cheater order within 30 days after purchase date for a full refund of the product purchase price. Meal Cheater is not able to  refund shipping costs. Should an order return as a result of an error on our part, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs (example: you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If you have ordered more than two tubs/containers, all other tubs/containers need to be shipped back unopened in order to receive the refund.

You may expect to receive your refund within three to four weeks of our receiving the return package. Often times you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 15 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
